The first Iran Floorball Association (IFA) Championships were played in Tehran, November 10th - 11th, with four teams participating in the tournament. The Zanjan team won the first championships. The participating teams were: Tabriz, Illam, Zanjan and Tehran. After 10 games Zanjan team took the first place before the second placed Tehran team and third placed Illam.

The tournament ended in different player awards when the organising committee awarded the following players:

1. Best players were Mohammad Zarifian (Tehran) and Mehdy Mohammady (Zanjan).
2. Best goalkeeper was Jallal Eshraty from Illam.
3. 25 players were chosen for the national team to participate in the Asia Pacific Floorball Championships (APAC) to be played in Japan in February 2012.

The team from Tehran was placed 2nd
