The preliminary schedule for the 2nd edition of the IFF Floorball Champions Cup played in Umeå, Sweden in October has, together with the new CC logo, been published.

The Champions Cup (CC) is played October 3rd-7th in Umeå, organised in cooperation with the Swedish Floorball Federation and IBK Dalen.

The CC is the championship tournament for the European Top Club teams. The tournament will be played with 12 teams (6 men´s teams and 6 women´s teams).

The IFF is now presenting a new logo for the Champions Cup.

The logo has been created by Pelle Körberg (Körberg Brand Performance).

- The logo consists of two golden C forming a ball. I have searched for it to be exciting for the eye and the ball should, since it is an important symbol for floorball, be reflected in the logo. The color is gold since it is the Champions Cup, says Pelle Körberg.

- We are very pleased. We have looked for a dynamic logotype to be used for the Champions Cup as a part of upgrading the value of the competition and we hope that this logo can contribute to raise the recognition factor of the Champions Cup, says John Liljelund, IFF Secretary general.
